Decent prices. Good food presentation. I don't eat raw fish but I loved the sweet potato tempura rolls and Teri chicken. I would skip the fried rice next time and go with Jasmine as I wasn't impressed

Great sushi place to stop by while in Hilo. Everything was fresh and delicious. The perfect snow sake was really good too.

Sushi place with good service and friendly staff. The food was good, the quality of the ingredients was excellent but nothing remarkable in the flavor department. Nothing sets this place apart from others. If you want good food and good service which doesn’t stay away from what is expected from a sushi place check this out. I would do 4.5 stars but google don’t give that option.

Great sushi and cozy Japanese-style atmosphere with a variety of traditional and specialty rolls, as well as drinks and desert. We had edamame, miso, the Alaska roll, and the Kona roll. I especially like the Alaska roll because it’s a relatively simple one with salmon, avocado and cucumber.

Decided Sushi for dinner and they did not disappoint! Family had a feast with the Hawai’i Boat they enjoyed every piece. I, on the other head had the Tofu teriyaki and it was also amazing. Variety vegan and vegetarian options in appetizers, sushi and entrées. Definitely recommend!

I wanted my last meal in the island to be special, our tour guide mentioned this place and I am so glad she did it. They were amazing, service was super nice and food delicious

We visited twice this month. The 1st time our waiter was awesome and his service was exquisite. This was the 2nd round and it was very upsetting. The lady was very rush while ordering, she rarely came back to refill our drinks, she didn't really seem very happy to serve our table. Lastly, we waited for her to come back to take the check and card, she didn't return, so we walked up to make our payment instead. Communication plays a big role in customer service. I don't agree she deserved the 18% tip, but it is what it is. Tips are based on how our experience was during our visit, this round could have been much better if our waitress had a better vibe. As a safety inspector, I'd like to suggest the following hazards that stood out. The floors were very slippery which poses a slip hazard. The chairs need to be more secured to the ground, or have a non-slip rubber beneath the legs, this can pose a fall hazard. I hope our next visit is like our first or even better.

Reminds me of home (Yokohama). There service is outstanding. The restaurant itself has an open, friendly atmosphere, the restroom is wheelchair accessible. Then of course, the food. One of the best chicken katsu I've had.
